Paging Any Ohio Republican with a Conscience

Again: Now would be a great time for anyone left in the Ohio Republican Party with a moral core to support the Haitian community, as in, actually support it, actually take some political risk to protect the most vulnerable among us, and not just make weak mouth noises about ICE's tactics while allowing the wilding sprees to continue unabated.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine could be a hero for the ages, rightfully celebrated for standing up to his party when it actually mattered. The more likely scenario, reading between the lines of the latest news reports, is DeWine learning about an ICE surge in Springfield a day in advance and then spending that day formulating his statement about how he was powerless to stop the surge.

Prove me wrong, Governor. Please.
